About the event
The band has settled into a pretty serious goat groove with this lineup after a year of playing together with a new arrangement. We absolutely love each of these musicians and we know that you will too. The core of the band is the same as it was 12 years ago when we played our first gig as Pretty Little Goat. Husband and wife duo Josh Carter (mandolins) and Mallory Carter (percussion) have been consistently writing catchy, powerful music that speaks to the heart of the human experience. Owen Grooms (banjo) brings so much finesse and experience to each show. Owen runs the local Junior Appalachian Musicians program and is very involved in the old-time community.
